Similarly to individual counseling, we will work collaboratively with you and your partner in setting goals and adapting to your needs..
Sometimes, family can cause just as much stress as harmony in your life. For this reason, our therapists are trained to work with you and your family as a unit to identify and ameliorate any family dynamics that could be standing between your family and optimum wellness. This is often complementary to individual therapy for you or another of your family members, so our therapists can work with you in finding the plan that works best for you!
